What if Gohan was the first one to go SSJ than Goku as a kid?

Honestly, I feel he caps at about 10% of Freeza's maximum.

I don't think Gohan emotionally mature enough to handle it. If you're assuming that Goku DIDN'T go Super Saiyan in the Frieza fight, I think Frieza is a good enough strategist that he would have picked him off first and used his death as a way to completely break Gohan's will to fight. I know that Gohan was capable of going berserk in spurts at this time, but Frieza had a way with words. The scenario I see is that Frieza could have killed Goku, prompting Gohan to go super saiyan. But then, could have manipulated Gohan while avoiding his attacks to the point that the child was too busy despairing to properly formulate an attack. "This is your fault, you LET your father die and failed him." "What will your mother think, losing her entire family in one day?" "Why don't you just join your friends?" While some very strong adults or even adolescents could perhaps think past these taunts, I honestly think that a little kid would allow these thoughts to consume them, and I'm sure Frieza is intelligent enough to see that. He would just have to wait until Gohan is a wreck and attack at max power. Even Goku was having trouble defeating Frieza, as a super saiyan, with a clear mind. I feel killing Gohan would be a cakewalk.

And how much gap was there in between Gohan and Vegeta at that time then? 3-4x? That's my guess, probably around 600-700,000 compared to Vegeta whom was in the high million-low two million range. By official numbers Vegeta would have a HELL of a rough battle if he managed to defeat Freeza in SSJ.

Going off this I believe Gohan would have thrashed Frieza, his SSJ2 is unique to him so why shouldn't his SSJ?

There's also technically no proof that an amp happens when in a transformed state. Evidence is that is possibly doesn't because Freeza was able to push into Goku's Kamehameha, and he was weaker than SSj Goku.

How is there no proof though? Sure, there are no statements but for Vegeta to have a chance of defeating Perfect Cell speaks otherwise. His Final Flash did more damage to Cell than his ki enhance kick to the neck. And after he attacked with the Final Flash, he shoot barrages of ki blast and none took effect, with Cell walking through it like a maze. There has to be some implication that there are amps due to these cases. @ SSJSC I was making a point about his SSJ2 being special, and that his SSJ should be no different, and I know it was Frieza saga Gohan Edited by Solid Snake, Mar 1 2014, 03:46 PM.
